Spent here 4 enjoyable nights, no better place to stay. The host made me feel at home. I thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous and particularly good location in the pub around the corner...

We had a fantastic stay at this charming cottage. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the main seafront where we found a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. The cottage itself was warm and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our adventure-filled trip. The good wifi allowed us to stay connected, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The shower was great, and we appreciated all the extra touches like shampoos, creams, lotions, and cleaning products. The welcome hamper with jam, honey, cereal, and biscuits was a lovely surprise. We also loved the garden birds and enjoyed feeding them with the seed we bought at the nearby Premier store. our experience was fantastic and we would definitely book this cottage again.
Felt like a true home away from home, no complaints at all.

I stayed here with my daughter for four nights. The cottage was lovely and homely, much nicer than a sterile hotel room. Complimentary snacks, useful information folder, TVs and internet worked fine, board games provided. Lovely garden and bird feeding. No issues during stay. Easy to get in touch with friendly owner. Kept busy with walks, cycling, arcade, beach, and more activities. Eating out cheaper than cooking. Property well-equipped with welcome pack and clear instructions.
Recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Rose Cottage in Millport for four nights with my daughter. It was a lovely and homely experience, much better than a sterile hotel room. The cottage had thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and a folder with useful information. The TV and internet worked fine, but we were too busy enjoying the island to use them much. The garden was delightful, and my daughter loved feeding the birds. I had no issues during my stay, but the owner, Jen, was easy to reach and friendly. it was a great getaway spot.
Would be happy to recommend this cottage.

I recently stayed at a lovely gem of a property called Rose Cottage in a central and quiet location. The bedroom was large and well-heated, with a comfortable queen size bed and nice bed linen. The room also had an up-to-date TV, a large sofa bed, a wardrobe, and plenty of space. The cottage was just a short stroll away from the main seafront shops, restaurants, and bars. The location was really quiet, with street parking available. The cottage also had good wifi, a great shower, and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the fully enclosed garden and the welcome hamper with a variety of essentials. it was a fantastic stay.

The cottage was cozy and homely, much better than a hotel room. We loved the complimentary snacks and the folder of useful information. The TV and internet worked fine and we enjoyed playing board games in the evening. The little garden outside was lovely and our daughter had a great time feeding the birds. The location was central and quiet, and we slept well on the comfortable bed. The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly.
There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. It would have been helpful to have a sofa bed in the sitting area for extra guests.

The well-equipped kitchen made me feel like a master chef, with a fridge stocked like a gourmet grocery store. I whipped up meals that would rival any Michelin-starred restaurant, all while enjoying the convenience of a satellite flat-screen TV to keep me entertained. And let's not forget the bathroom with a shower that felt like standing under a waterfall of pure bliss, leaving me refreshed and ready to take on the world. Millport Beach and Cosy Corner Beach were just a hop, skip, and a jump away, providing the perfect picturesque backdrop to my stay.
Limited parking space.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage. the enclosed garden was perfect for relaxing in the sunshine, and there was even a welcome pack for dog owners. the cottage had everything we needed, including TVs in both rooms and reliable wifi. the shower was great, and we enjoyed sitting in the garden with drinks. the location was peaceful and quiet, with a pub garden nearby and convenient access to a Chinese restaurant and cafe. We were also pleased that the scooter rally weekend didn't disturb our stay. We are already planning to book again!
Can't fault the property in any way. 👍.
